No Refund, No Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your transaction.  

1. All Sales Are Final
All items purchased from Clove & Bay (Eat Healthy) are sold as-is and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure you review your order and product details carefully before completing your purchase.  

2. Exceptions
In the event an item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing errors, we will be happy to offer a replacement or repair. This exception is subject to verification and requires the customer to provide evidence (e.g., photos, proof of damage) within (24hrs.) of receipt.  

3. Custom Orders
For custom or personalized products, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.  

4. Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their order details (flavour, quantity, etc.) are accurate before finalizing the purchase.
